CTY TNHH PIZZAMORE

PizzAmore is an Open Kitchen Restaurant in Saigon which has as its final mission to offer to our customers the chance to taste the real Italian pizza experience. We use an electric oven imported from Italy with high standard refractory stone able to cook pizzas over 500°C. In Italy, during the last 15 years, the number of electric ovens used into the pizza shops grown sensibly, first of all to reduce the smokes and pollution caused by the woodfired ovens (which, anyway, are still the traditional ones). We focus all our passion and our energy on pizza and other pizza dough baking product like "Panuozzo" which is a particular kind of sandwich born in Naples, for the first time making its first step in Ho Chi Minh City.
